These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 918kiss2 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gambling and sports betting platform accessible at 918kiss2.cam ("Platform", "Site", "Service").

By creating a player account, accessing the Platform, or using any service offered by 918kiss2, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

6. All registration information you provide is accurate, truthful, and up to date.
7. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your country of residence.

To access real-money gaming services on the 918kiss2 Platform, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and management:

• One account per player. Each eligible individual may hold only one active account on the 918kiss2 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared devices — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

918kiss2 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) obligations. By registering an account, you consent to and agree to cooperate with our KYC verification process.

Verification may be requested at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, when account activity triggers an AML review, or at any other time at the Company's discretion. Documents commonly required include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID — Malaysian MyKad, Passport, or Driver's License;
• Proof of current residential address — a utility bill (TNB, Indah Water), bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months;

918kiss2 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions published alongside each individual promotion:

• Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players aged 21 and above. The Company reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion.
• Wagering requirements. Bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirement — typically 20x the bonus amount — before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions vary by game: slots generally contribute 100%, live dealer games 20%, and sports bets 50%. Specific contribution rates are set out in individual promotion terms.
• One bonus per player. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address.

Any Player found engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all account balances. The Company reserves the right to report relevant conduct to regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or KYC documentation;
• Operating multiple accounts or allowing another person to use your account;
• Using automated systems, scripts, bots, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip-dumping, or any coordinated strategy designed to manipulate game outcomes;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches — any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be removed;
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing legitimate transactions processed by 918kiss2 through your bank or payment provider;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 918kiss2 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory or using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions.

All content on the 918kiss2 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, interface designs, and the overall compilation and arrangement of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of 918kiss2 or its licensed content suppliers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 918kiss2.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 918kiss2 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for:

• Any loss of funds, profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising in connection with these Terms or your use of the Services;
• Any interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform or any game, caused by technical issues, maintenance, or factors beyond our reasonable control;
• Any inaccuracy in game results due to system errors, provided the underlying certified RNG outcome is used to determine the correct result;
• Any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with these Terms, including account suspension or closure for breach.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, less any applicable pending bonus conditions. Accounts under active investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is complete.
• Company-initiated closure. 918kiss2 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any player account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML concerns, provision of false information, or technical abuse. In cases of justified closure, the Company reserves the right to retain account balances pending investigation.
• Dormant accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 918kiss2 holds its operating licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting 918kiss2 customer support. The Company will endeavour to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a written complaint. For unresolved disputes, players may escalate their complaint through the dispute resolution mechanism provided by our licensing authority.

918kiss2 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
